Volunteer Opportunities
We’re excited to announce that volunteer sign-ups for the 2025 Alabama Fiber Festival are now open! This year, we’re using a platform called POINT to keep everything organized and running smoothly—making it easier than ever to join the team.
Shifts are 4 hours each, and you’re welcome to sign up for more than one. As a thank-you, each volunteer will receive a FREE 2025 AFF t-shirt (plum in color) to wear during your shift and take home after the festival.

About Alabama Fiber Fest
Welcome to the Alabama Fiber Festival (AFF), a vibrant celebration of fiber arts, creativity, and community! Held annually in the heart of Alabama, our festival brings together fiber enthusiasts, artisans, and small businesses from across the region. Whether you knit, crochet, weave, spin, or simply love handmade goods, AFF has something for everyone.

Vendor Market
The 2025 Alabama Fiber Festival is planning to have 50+ market vendors available to shop at. We will have a good representation of all kinds of fiber arts, so there is sure to be something that interests you!

Workshops
Want to learn a new skill? Take your current skills to the next level? We have a number of workshops available, running between 10am-4pm both Friday the 14th & Saturday the 15th.

Entertainment
From music and food trucks to areas to sit and stitch, the 2025 Alabama Fiber Festival has plenty to do! Bring a friend (or a few) and enjoy two days filled with fiber fun!
